This Platform is designed as a professional networking, discovery, and virtual consultation platform enabling Film Makers and Clients to connect with verified Art Directors, Assistant Art Directors, and Production Designers (“Members”).
By accessing, browsing, registering, booking Sessions, or otherwise using this Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
1. INTRODUCTION & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
1.1 Platform Overview
The Platform serves as:
- A professional discovery portal for Art Directors and related professionals
- A Members-only showcase platform for profiles and portfolios
- A Session-based virtual consultation and interaction system
- An official digital extension of the Telugu Cine Art Directors Association
The Platform facilitates professional interaction only and does not guarantee employment, projects, or commercial outcomes.
1.2 Eligibility & User Acceptance
- Users must be 18 years or older.
- Members must be approved and verified by the Association.
- By using the Platform, users confirm they are legally competent to enter into binding agreements.
- Continued use of the Platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and all linked policies.
2. PLATFORM NATURE & ROLE
2.1 Ultimate Art Directors - Film Makers Connecting Platform
The Platform functions solely as a technology-enabled facilitator that allows:
- Film Makers / Clients to search, evaluate, and book Sessions with Members
- Members to present their professional credentials, experience, and services
The Platform does not participate in creative decisions, negotiations, or project execution.
2.2 No Employment / No Agency Relationship
Nothing on the Platform shall be construed as:
- An employment relationship
- An agency, partnership, joint venture, or brokerage arrangement
Members act as independent professionals, and Clients engage them at their own discretion and risk.
3. USER ACCOUNTS & REGISTRATION
3.1 Member Registration
Members must:
- Be approved Association members
- Provide accurate professional and personal details
- Maintain updated profile information
False representation may result in immediate termination.
3.2 Client Registration
Clients must:
- Provide valid contact and payment information
- Use the Platform solely for professional purposes
3.3 Account Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining account confidentiality
- All actions performed through their account
- Immediate notification of unauthorized access
Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
4. MEMBER PROFILES & PROFESSIONAL REPRESENTATION
4.1 Profile Information
Members may display:
- Professional background
- Experience and filmography
- Skills, education, and credentials
- Session offerings and availability
4.2 Portfolio Display Overview
- Portfolios are displayed for informational and promotional purposes only
- The Platform does not verify creative ownership unless expressly stated
- Display does not constitute endorsement by the Association or Platform
5. SESSION BOOKING & USAGE
Clients may book time-based virtual Sessions offered by Members.
5.1 Session Usage Disclaimer
Nature of Sessions
- Sessions are advisory, consultative, and discussion-based
- Sessions are time-bound and non-transferable
No Guarantee of Outcomes
- Creative outcomes are subjective
- No assurance of project approval, employment, or business success is provided

All advice, opinions, and suggestions shared during Sessions:
- Are based on professional experience
- Do not constitute binding commitments or guarantees
6. PLATFORM USAGE RULES

7. CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- Have explicit permission to display
Prohibited Content
Content must not include:

- Confidential or unreleased materials without consent
- Obscene, defamatory, or illegal material
Platform Rights
The Platform reserves the right to:
- Review, remove, or restrict content
- Suspend accounts for violations
8. PAYMENTS & FEES

- Session fees are set solely by Members
- Prices displayed are final unless stated otherwise
Platform Fees
The Platform may deduct facilitation or service fees as applicable.
Payment Gateways
All payments must be made via authorized payment gateways only.
9. LEGAL DISCLAIMERS & LIABILITY

11. TERMINATION & ENFORCEMENT

- Fraudulent or unethical conduct

12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India
- Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, shall have exclusive jurisdiction
13. TERMS CONSOLIDATION – MASTER CLAUSE

These Terms operate in conjunction with:

- Refund & Cancellation Policy
- All incorporated platform policies
In case of conflict, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
Integrated Policy Acceptance
