        All bookings must be done only through the platform.

        Recording sessions is strictly prohibited unless:

      • Both parties give explicit consent

        Direct or off-platform payments are strictly prohibited.

        Yes, subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy:

      • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session may be eligible for a refund or platform credit.
      • Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

        If a Member cancels:

      • You are entitled to a full refund, or
      • You may reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time
      • Repeated Member cancellations may result in disciplinary action.

        If issues occur due to a verified platform-side failure, the Platform may offer:

      • Internet or device issues on the Client’s or Member’s side are not refundable.

        Yes. The platform complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and implements reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data.

      • Booking and transaction details
